1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use and Purchase govern the purchase, activation, and use of Geotrack Nova software, digital licences, activation codes, as well as GNSS equipment presented on the website https://geotrack-nova.com/.
1.2. Placing an order on the website constitutes the Buyer's agreement to these Terms.
1.3. The Seller performs the sale of:
- digital activation codes for Geotrack Nova software;
- licences to use the software;
- GNSS equipment and kits, which may include GNSS receivers, accessories, and a software activation code.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website.
2. Geotrack Nova Software
2.1. Geotrack Nova is software for agricultural navigation, area measurement, track recording, field management, and visual operator assistance during field work.
2.2. The software can work with the internal GNSS module of the mobile device or with external GNSS receivers that transmit coordinates in a supported format.
2.3. The Seller does not guarantee the same accuracy of operation with all GNSS devices, as the quality of navigation depends on:
- characteristics of the GNSS equipment;
- quality of satellite signal reception;
- antenna installation conditions;
- interference or jamming of GNSS signals;
- correct setup of the equipment by the user.
2.4. Geotrack Nova is an auxiliary navigation tool for the operator and is not an autonomous vehicle control system.
3. Licences and Activation Codes
3.1. The Geotrack Nova activation code is a digital product that provides the right to use a certain set of software functions.
3.2. Available licence types may include:
- monthly licence;
- annual licence;
- unlimited (Lifetime) licence;
- other types of access presented on the website.
3.3. The term of the licence begins from the moment of its activation by the user.
3.4. After activation, the code can be bound to the user's device or account in accordance with the technical implementation of the licencing system.
3.5. The user can independently transfer an activated licence to another device using the "Transfer Licence" function in the Geotrack Nova mobile application. After a successful transfer, the licence is deactivated on the previous device and becomes available on the new device.
3.6. Licence transfer to another user is allowed only within the technical capabilities of the licence transfer function and must not be used for simultaneous access to a single licence from multiple devices.
3.7. An unlimited (Lifetime) licence means the right to use the purchased version of the software without time limits.
3.8. Additional online services requiring server infrastructure, including:
- real-time location broadcasting;
- cloud data storage;
- synchronization with online services,
may have separate terms of use or pricing in the future.
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1. The Buyer places an order through the website https://geotrack-nova.com/.
4.2. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide correct contact details required for order processing and delivery.
4.3. Payment is made by the methods available on the website.
4.4. After successful payment, the digital activation code is sent to the Buyer by email or other agreed method.
4.5. The Seller reserves the right to deny service to users who violate the rules of software use or attempt to bypass the licencing system.
5. Delivery
5.1. Digital goods (software activation codes) are delivered electronically.
5.2. GNSS equipment and physical goods are delivered by postal or courier services in accordance with the conditions specified during ordering.
5.3. Delivery times for physical goods depend on the recipient's country and the operation of delivery services.
6. Return and Cancellation
6.1. Digital Licences
6.1.1. The Buyer can cancel the order of a digital activation code until the moment of its use.
6.1.2. After successful code activation, the refund for the digital licence may be restricted, as the Buyer has gained access to the digital product.
6.1.3. If the activation code does not work due to a technical problem on the Seller's side, the Buyer will be provided with a new code or a refund.
6.2. GNSS Equipment
6.2.1. The Buyer has the right to return physical goods within 14 days after receipt if:
- the product was not used;
- its merchantable condition is preserved;
- the completeness and packaging are preserved.
6.2.2. The return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
6.2.3. If the reason for return is a confirmed equipment defect, the Seller covers the return costs.
6.2.4. Return of a GNSS equipment kit together with an activated licence is considered individually.
7. Warranty and Technical Support
7.1. GNSS equipment is provided with a warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.
7.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- incorrect connection;
- mechanical damage;
- ingress of liquid contrary to the operating conditions;
- independent repair or modification of the device.
7.3. The Seller provides technical support regarding:
- licence activation;
- Geotrack Nova setup;
- connection of compatible GNSS equipment.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Seller is not responsible for crop loss, financial damage, or other indirect consequences associated with the incorrect use of equipment or software.
8.2. The user is solely responsible for controlling vehicle movement and making decisions during field work.
8.3. The results of the system operation depend on the correct use of the equipment and GNSS reception conditions.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. Buyer's data is used solely for:
- order processing;
- licence activation;
- technical support;
- improving service performance.
9.2. The Seller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
